Health Technology

Engineering systems for better care. Designing technology for healthier lives.

ISE health technology research integrates advanced mathematical models, analytics and human-centered design to improve how care is delivered. We work to improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare operations and expand access to care through technology and systems innovation.

In collaboration with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, College of Applied Health Sciences, Health Care Engineering Systems Center (HCESC) and other partners at Illinois, ISE develops models, networks and tools that connect people, data and systems.
