ISE has two Knights of St. Patrick in 2023
March 10, 2023
120 years ago, the first Knights of Saint Patrick were recognized for their excellence, leadership and contribution to the field of engineering. Please join us in congratulating the newest Knights of St. Patrick, our very own ISE students, Riccelo Guidorizzi and Daniela Marquez.
A senior in Industrial Engineering with a Track Option in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics, Riccelo Guidorizzi is learning how to design, develop, improve and manage efficient systems. Of his award, Riccelo says: “I’m extremely honored to have been selected for this award and understand the weight that it carries.”
Daniela Marquez is a senior in Systems Engineering and Design with a Secondary Field Option in digital prototyping. Of this honor, she says: "Winning this award is more than being recognized for my efforts in the college of engineering. This award means providing visibility to our amazing Latino engineering community on campus and providing visibility to the excellence that ISE is producing in their students. There is work to be done, and I'm really glad that I can be not only be a part of that but also take an active role in leading that work."
We are lucky to have such distinguished students engineering the way to a more efficient future. Congratulations Riccelo and Daniela!
