Professor Angelia Nedich of the Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering department received the Willett Faculty Scholar Award.
The award is targeted for faculty members who are in a relatively early stage of their career and excelling in their contributions to the University of Illinois. The honor comes coupled with a one-time award of $20,000 that can be used to support their research activities. Nedich is among eight other faculty members who will receive the award this year.
