Nora Hipolito
Nora Hipolito is a supply chain professional who graduated from ISE in 1991. After four successful college internships, she started her career as a manufacturing engineer at Navistar, a Fortune 500 manufacturer of trucks and engines. While at Navistar, she presented a driverless material handling system to the board of directors and continued to be successful while completing her MBA part-time.
After completing her degree, Hipolito worked as an internal consultant for the company's locations nationwide. Later, her career pivoted to financial project management at American Express, where she worked on implementing Oracle processing equipment, Y2K work and joint processes with teams across the country. She then worked for dot-coms and other supply chain roles before landing her last job in Chicago at USG. At USG, she led the collaborative supply chain work with The Home Depot, which was one of their top three shareholder initiatives. Warner Bros. later recruited her for similar work in a different industry, moving her to Los Angeles to lead the Amazon.com physical media account. At Warner Bros., she worked closely with Amazon.com as they built up their vendor-facing systems and ensured the success of the Warner Bros. physical media business.
Today, she leads the supply chain finance work for Dine Brands, which owns IHOP, Applebee's and Fuzzy's Taco Shop. In her spare time, Hipolito enjoys riding her road, gravel and mountain bikes in her local Angeles National Forest, gardening year round and maintaining her cherished network of lifelong friends.
