Julie Murphy

Biography
As Director of Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement, Julie Murphy leads efforts to strengthen relationships between Illinois ISE and its alumni, donors, corporate partners, students, and friends of the department. Her work focuses on alumni engagement, donor stewardship, strategic partnerships, and creating meaningful opportunities for constituents to stay connected to and support ISE.
Julie works closely with the ISE Department Head and Grainger Engineering Advancement to connect departmental priorities with philanthropic opportunities and support alumni and donor engagement. She also leads the ISE Alumni & Advisory Board, alumni recognition initiatives, the Engineer in Residence program, corporate engagement efforts, and programs that connect alumni and industry leaders with ISE students.
