Kevin is an accomplished global executive with a strong track record in P&L leadership, product management, and international business strategy. He has led large, cross functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery through disciplined execution and innovative solutions. He brings extensive international experience across Asia and Europe, including work in Japan, China, India, and multiple European markets. His global leadership includes the concept, formation, and implementation of a joint venture in China, along with the successful execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Kevin has managed and developed high performing teams of more than 70 employees worldwide, earning top engagement scores and recognition as a trusted and accountable leader. His experience spans the full business lifecycle, from product concept and development through production and aftermarket strategy. He has held P&L responsibility for a product line generating more than $750 million in annual revenue and has been recognized as an Intellectual Property Protection Champion at a Fortune 100 company.
