Mike is a fellow Industrial Engineer from U of I with a MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University. His first job out of college - industrial engineer for a food ingredient company working on standards, costs, plant layout and material yields! His career path has taken him through operations and multi-plant management, business systems implementations and supply chain and logistics.
To pay it forward, not only does he enjoy speaking at the EIR sessions but he's part of the alumni board for ISE, board member for IMEC - working with small manufactures in Illinois and he's on the board for the new startup - Chicagoland Food and Beverage Network - bringing the food industry together for the city of Chicago - a $4 billion dollar market!
